This is a confidential system for employees and third parties to report directly to the Chairman of the Audit Committee any concerns they may have about such matters as:

• possible instances of dishonesty or malpractice;
• possible violations of any law, regulation, company policy or ethical requirement;
• possible questionable accounting, internal controls.

You are ENCOURAGED to identify yourself as this will help in carrying out a prompt and thorough investigation. It may also be useful as you can then be asked for further information, if necessary.

ALTERNATIVELY, you do not have to give your name or personal details as the system has been designed to enable anonymity and configured such that your email address can not be identified or traced.
